business analytics and statistical analysis, including the aggregation of data in order to analyze market trends and anticipate customer demand;
analyzing and forecasting customer demand;
performing direct marketing via electronic and non-electronic means as well as advertising;
business opportunity management and tracking of opportunities;
analysis of customer satisfaction;
management and administration of warranty services and claims; and
administration of any on-site visits at our premises.
We collect this data either directly from you or from our distribution partners. The provision of personal data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide your personal data, we may not be able to perform relevant business and marketing processes, including sales and distribution processes.
2. Processed data categories and legal basis of the processing
We process the following categories of your child’s personal data exclusively on the basis of your consent according to Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) for the purpose of conducting promotional events, including children’s races:
children’s name;
children’s age.
We process the categories of your personal data set out in Annex 1 on the basis of our prevailing legitimate interest (according to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), which lies in achieving the purposes as set out in point 1 above.
3. Transfer of your personal data
For the purposes set out above, we will transfer some of your personal data to the following recipients:
IT service providers that we use;
our distribution and business partners if they are involved in the product/service delivery;
banks for management of payment transactions;
legal representatives;
auditors;
courts;
competent administrative authorities, especially fiscal authorities;
collection agencies for debt collection;

to manage our distributor relations, including human relations and communications, the analysis of distributors’ business needs;
to manage on-site visits;
to analyze and forecast distributors and end-customers demand;
to provide an infrastructure for delivery and to efficiently deliver our products to our end customers;
to discover new distributors;
to provide you with information regarding our products, services and events; and
to conduct surveys.
We collect your personal data either from you directly, in the course of our business process or through our employees, who are in contact with you or manage your on-site visit. We may also collect some of your personal data in the course of the communication or business relationship with you.
Where we ask you to provide us with your data, this provision of personal data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide your personal data, different business processes might be delayed or even impossible, or you will not be able to attend our events.
2. Legal basis of the processing
We process your personal data on the basis of our prevailing legitimate interest according to Article 6(1)(f) General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) to achieve the purposes set out in point 1 above; or to comply with our legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
As far as you are one of our distributors, we may also process your personal data on the basis of the necessity for the performance of the agreement we have concluded with you or to take steps at your request prior to entering into such an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
If and to the extent that we ask you in a separate process to provide your consent, we will process your personal data on the basis of this consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
